I am currently in the planning stages for our next workshop, "Feel Good from the Inside Out" which takes place on 4th April 2016.
As with all our workshops it is very much based on the needs and interests of the group. Managing stress, finding time to relax and recharge our batteries seems to be a very common theme!
This workshop will be an opportunity to learn about and try out some complementary therapies, such as aromatherapy and sound healing. We also have a visiting yoga expert to share with us how yoga can benefit us physically and mentally, and will also be learning about how food can be used to boost our mood (and yes, that may well include chocolate!)
